Aasma Khan is an accomplished international attorney and general corporate counsel who has been a trusted advisor to some of the largest private shareholders in the MENA region.  Khan has a successful track record of positioning multibillion-dollar companies for success in global markets through strategic planning, asset management, and good governance. Most recently, Khan headed legal strategy as Chief Legal Officer of Gemstone Real Estate Development, one of the largest property development companies in the Gulf. She was named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in the Middle East by Legal 500 four times between 2015-2019 and also recognized by Legal Era Magazine.


Khan utilizes her expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of Legal Structure and Advisory, from identifying and establishing legal teams to performing transaction advisory and diligence.
