Mamta Hariasra is a legal professional with six years of extensive experience in cross-border  corporate, finance and international business transactions. Prior to pursuing her U.S. law degree, Mamta had built a strong reputation as a corporate and finance lawyer in India. She has prior experience working at two of India’s leading law firms, Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Her work revolved around mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, debt capital markets, and distressed investing. Mamta also has in-house experience at Citigroup in Mumbai, where she advised on the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements on behalf of various Citigroup entities.
